Our Client:
Our client, an international organization that provides Mechanical equipment to the Marine & Offshore industry is on the lookout for an experience Service Technician to join their Technical team in Singapore.
Due to an increase in project opportunities in the Asia region have led to the need to expand their Technical department in Singapore. The Service Technician acts as a single point of contact for troubleshooting, servicing, installation, coordination, technical recommendation and others.
The Role:
* Work out of town and workshop on a regular basis (on-site projects)
* Support to shipyard to check and assess company products
* Provide technical assistance, supplying the Service Coordinator with required information
* Provide technical solutions to sub-contractors and meet the job completion targets, while keeping quality standards and safety requirements
* Provide clear, precise, and detailed acknowledged service reports upon each project completion
* Manage costs, schedules, and technical product development
The Requirements:
* Preferably Diploma or Degree in any relevant Engineering certificates
* 1-3 years of relevant experience working in the Marine & Offshore industry
* Experience dealing with mechanical parts in the Marine & Offshore industry
