* Provide technical support
* Troubleshot EA & DD motor problem for customers
* PLC programming for project sales
* Other brands motor driver programming for project sales
* Electrical circuits for project sales and other CKD products
* AutoCAD drawings
* Provide trainings support for customers, CKD staff & distributors
* Create & develop new training materials especially on other brands motor driver programming, advance PLC programming knowledge required in projects & IoT for industire 4.0.
* Conduct trainings as requested
* Support in sales promotional activities
* Provide support in exhibitions
* Provide support in EA & DD motor project sales
* Create & develop sales promotional material including demonstration panels
* Any other tasks as assigned by your reporting manager or Management of the Company
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or relevant Engineering
- Min. 3 years' experience in factory automation, especially in Electrical actuator; Machine Builder
- Strong technical and business acumen
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-initiative and highly motivated
- Able to travel overseas
