Due to expansion in their business operations, they are seeking for a dynamic talent to join their organisation as a Business Development Specialist (1 year contract) for the Greater China markets.

Job Description

As a Business Development (BD) Specialist you will be supporting their savvy in-house Acquisition Marketing team to help drive customer growth for their Cloud business for the China region. This business offers the ability to maintain and develop new relationships within key business accounts and customers. You will also be responsible for discovering new contacts within the existing business accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Desk research on the account details (eg, website, address and tagging of industry, etc)

* Contact discovery and updating of key business contacts for existing business accounts

* Work alongside with marketing teams in aligning call scripts for any upcoming programs/campaigns

Requirements

*Effective bi-lingual in English and business Mandarin is essential - you will be required to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
*Prior experiences in tele-marketing or call centre environment will be an added advantage
*Knowledge of B2B in technology industry would be a plus
*Good interpersonal skills in developing and maintaining relationships with internal/external stakeholders
