* Analyse, design, and develop BPM (Business Process Management) applications
* Translate users' requirements into functional system designs and build business process models, prototypes, and applications using good software development practices
* Work with project team to install, deploy the application and handover application support to support team
* Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure end BPM application deliverable meets the agreed design specification
* Ability in managing customer expectation and resolve issues (queries, feature requests, change requests) from technical and project management perspectives
* Analyse users' requirements and define technical scope/ assumptions with effort estimations on each story during each iteration planning
*Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science or related courses
*Experience in Windows, UNIX, Redhat Linux and database management systems such as Oracle, MSSQL, MYSQL
*Knowledgeable in programming skills such as Java, C#, VB.NET, etc) and javascript language
*In-depth knowledge in BPMS system
*Good problem solving skill with at least one year in KTA and with relevant experience in SDLC
