Job Description
Role:
Project Manager for a BPM system.
Responsibilities
1 Manages project from start to end - Requirement, Design, Development, Testing, Migration and Regional (APAC) Implementation.
2 Manages all project management processes - initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control and closure.
3 Lead internal and offshore teams (Client, Vendor in India) to complete all project activities.
4 Platform / Application manager
Requirements
Work Experiences
The candidate should have:
1.At least 5 years of experiences in a project manager role.
2.Strong experiences in working in a complex matrix organization.
3.Project management experiences in a regional program.
4.Managed a team of more than ten members.
5.Experiences in managing complicated migration and overseas implementation activities.
6.Strong experiences in managing offshore team.
Technical Skills:
1.Strong knowledge in project life cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
2.Knowledge in Banking Domain and Java Programming will be added advantage
3.Good to have BPM system related experience
