Our Client:
Our client is a global tech MNC who is currently looking to expand their talent acquisition team in Singapore. They're looking for a suitable candidate with a recruitment background to join their APAC team and the chosen candidate will have the following responsibilities:
The Responsibilities:
* Involved in hiring for top talent using creative and multiple sourcing strategies, and helping with technical searches
* Support in identifying candidates through direct applications & ATS based on the job profile, hiring guidelines & policies
* Strategically plan the sourcing of candidates and create an active database & pipeline of candidates for future searches
* Support in hiring of passive candidates through market research & networking
* Build strong relationships with candidates as well as stakeholders internally & externally
* Monitor & review the pipeline on a daily basis & update when necessary
* Strong qualifying of candidates based on potential and relevancy to the role
* Partner with fellow recruiters to generate leads
The Qualifications:
* Degree holder, with at least 3-5 years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate environment
* Experience hiring for technical roles/tech industry
* Experience working on roles across APAC is a plus
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical skills & problem-solving skills
