Job Description
* Will own the execution of operational processes critical to driving growth, satisfaction, and retention among our base of restaurant partners in Singapore.
* Work with key stakeholders to organise, manage and maintain overall cross-functional processes critical for restaurant acquisition and engagement. These include but are not limited to on boarding
* Communication (verbal, written, visual) to key stakeholders of project/ work stream status updates
* Build processes, involve in any process improvement programme
* Identify and coordinate issue resolution across multiple stakeholders in a timely and effective manner
* Support design and execution of partner operations where required
Requirements
*Mandatory BA or BS Degree, or equivalent practical experience.
*4+ years of operations management experience, preferably in a technology / product space A process oriented individual with a demonstrated track record of leading initiatives and projects at your organization driving positive impact
*Self-starter, relationship oriented person with proven stakeholder management skills
*Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and adopt a generalist do-what-it-takes mind-set.
*Desired excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
*Familiarity with G Suite and variety of project management tools
*Sound knowledge of analytical tools & techniques (e.g. statistics principles, SQL, R) a plus
*Proven track record in leading complex operational and strategic initiatives to fruition
*Domain expertise in restaurant / F&B industry is a huge plus
