* Position: Customer Care Associate - Pre/After Sales (6 Months Contract - Extendable)
* Salary range: $3000 - $3800
Our Client:
Our client, a Japanese MNC with strong focus on Artificial Intelligence technology, is currently seeking potential talents to join their team as Customer Care Associate (6 months contract) for their fast expanding business. You will be responsible in demonstrating and deployment of company's key business products to the clients. For this role, you will be in the fore-run with opportunity in gaining hands-on experience in the latest AI robotics product.
Key responsibilities include the following:
* Provide pre/after sales support to the sales team
* Demonstrate key functions of robots
* Participate in industrial trade shows/events
* Support the initial deployment of robots to customer's site
* Conduct after-sales site visit and follow-up with users
* Collate feedbacks received from users
* Establish strong rapport and positive business relationships with users
* General maintenance of deployment units at client's site
* Generate activity reports from deployed units - backend support
* Monitor maintenance cycle and deployment rosters for robots
Requirements:
* * Diploma/Degree in any discipline
* * Strong interest in AI products is essential
* * Willingness to go extra-mile with hands-on capabilities
* * Good communication skills with keen interest in networking with people
