Administration

− Reception of guests and answering of telephone calls

− Managing inter-office communications

− Liaising and communication with vendors

− Handling incoming and outgoing packages and mail

− Supply purchasing and management

− Any other duties related to general office administration

Accounts Payable:

− Banking operations including online payments, cheque and bank reconciliations

− Office accounts including but not limited to maintaining all invoices/delivery orders for

submission to accountants

Requirements

The eligibility criteria are:
− Minimum diploma with 2-5 years of experience in administration and partial accounting.
− Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) would be preferred.
− Proficient in using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
− Meticulous with high degree of accuracy
− Able to multitask and a team player
