They are now looking for an dynamic individual to join them as an Executive Assistant (Temporary) for their tactical and finance business.
Reporting to the Chief Administrator/Executive Secretary, your primary responsibility for this role is to perform the daily office administration, arrange for travel bookings and itinerary; and responsible for claims and reimbursement submission. You will also be assisting in company events and assume any ad-hoc coverage for the team.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in secretarial and office administration. Strong communication skills are essential for the successful candidate. Prior experience working in Financial Institution or Private Equity firm will be an added advantage.
