Job description

Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage very busy calendars, book occasional travel/events, process expenses, schedule facilities & equipment, etc.)

Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies

Serve as a lead for small projects as required, and setup tools to on board new team members quickly

Help leaders by understanding team needs and pain points

Support team projects

Requirements

A self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them.
Strong communication skills.
Able to handle confidential data and maintain high integrity levels.
Able to work and support remote teams.
Strong business judgment, professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
Ability to communicate in Japanese a plus as you will be liaising with Japanese counterparts
