Job Description:

* Provide customer resolution and follow-up with customers
* Handle enquiries/complaints surfaced by customers
* Establish positive relationship with customers and external stakeholders (eg, vendor management)
* Strong reporting and presentation skills - ability to interpret data and put across convincing positions
* Spoken/written Japanese is essential (to follow-up with Japanese speaking customers)
* Knowledge in JIRA/bug reporting tool
* Knowledge in CRM platforms - familiarity with Zandesk is desirable

Other info:

* Spoken/written Japanese is a must (to follow-up with Japanese speaking customers)
* 3 days' work week
* 1 year contract with possibility to extend
