Position: Administrative Assistant (6 months contract)
Based in Tuas, Singapore
Our Client:
Our client is an international leading technology company specialising in innovative systems and production equipment for solar energy and semiconductor industries. Due to their continuing increased business needs, they are seeking the right candidates to join them as an Administrative Assistant (6 months contract) to provide administrative support for their logistics function.
The Role:
* Monitor stock level and replenishment
* Monitor inbound & outbound stock and post transactions into SAP system
* Conduct cycle count on monthly basis on stock level
* Assist in generating month-end report
* Handle supply chain related activities - order processing, warranty support and consignment availability, etc)
* Provide support on general office administration as required
The Requirements:
* GCE 'O' levels/ NiTEC/Diploma in any discipline are welcomed to apply
* Availability to commence work within short notice will be an added advantage
* Prior background in logistics support/warehouse management will be a plus
* Good communication skills
