Our Client:
My client is a European based company that is aggressively growing in Asia and currently hiring a Regional Planning & Design Manager. Their main clients are major Hospitals and Multinational Life Sciences companies.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain customer relationship by setting out the planning and design of the projects in Asia region.
* Prepare and review drawings or any other documents needed to assist in the planning and design of the projects.
* Involved in end to end projects (coordination to installation).
* Ensure that other cross functional team are up to date on the projects.
* Provide continuous communication on project updates and deadlines to team members.
* Participate in negotiating pricing of all project business.
* Conduct training on project related knowledge and act as a Technical Consultant role.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
* Proven track record of planning and project managements.
* Must have at least 6 years of working experience in a similar setting preferable in Healthcare e.g Hospitals.
* Familiar with REVIT software and building codes will be an added advantage.
* Able to win customers within the Healthcare project business.
* Good presentation skills.
* Minimal travelling across the region.
