Position: HR & Admin Executive
Company: Our client is a globally established Medical Device company with a strong regional presence in APAC.
* HR responsibilities:
* Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited performance management, C&B, and employee relations
* Administration and maintenance of HRMS, handle payroll processing, overtime allowance calculation, IR8A/21, CPF contribution, and leave management
* Support for end to end recruitment process, including onboarding and off boarding.
* Responsible for insurance, medical and government related claims and compiling monthly reports
* Align HR policies, and ensure relevance and compliance
* Facilitate in application and renewal of work passes
* Support in bonus appraisal and simulations
* Support in L&D for company employees
Administrative:
* Maintain and order office supply needs
* Admin support for accommodation/travel booking for employees as and when required
* Arrangement of annual health screening for employees
* Assist in organisation of company conferences and welfare events
* Assist in preparation of quarterly newsletters and/or videos for company
*3 years relevant experience
*Must have payroll experience
*Diploma in HR management
