Senior Developer/ Project Lead - Banking Applications

The Company is one of the largest international research, consulting, and systems integrator,

Operating under one of the leading international banks.

1 Manage project from start to end - Initialization, Requirement, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Handover to IT Operations
2 Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
3 Foster partnership with users, project sponsors, vendors and platform providers
4 Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle
5 Monitor and manage project budgets, including invoicing and contracting with vendors and subcontractors
6 Prepare project status reports and/or project portfolio summaries, present and report to management or sponsors on weekly/monthly basis
7 Escalate project issues and opportunities including schedule, budget, resources, scope and more, to management and project sponsors to determine the best approach to address the customer's need.

Work Experiences
The candidate should have:
1.At least 5 years of experience in project management and SI vendor management
2.Strong experiences in working in a complex matrix organization.
3.Good presentation, communication and coordination skills.
4.Being detail-focused and managing towards aggressive timelines

Technical Skills:
1.Good knowledge in project life cycle and system development lifecycle methodologies
2.Experience using project management tools and applications strongly preferred
3.Ability to gather information by analysing data
4.Ability to prepare and use charts, graphs, tables or matrices
5.Knowledge in Banking Domain will be an added advantage.
6.Experienced in application development or system implementation
