Job Description

Global rollout of SAP based trading template system for a multinational client for offices around the world.

The project is planning to have rollout to other entities after Singapore go-live including SEA, China, Europe and Americas.

Main tasks will be related to business analysis and project management on an end-to-end basis including:

* Business requirements: gather, analyze, improve, prioritize
* Project management: plan, track, ensure
* Problem solving: identify, mitigate, resolve

1 [Testing] Support user acceptance test for the local add-ons
2 [Data Migration] Design data migration procedures and support users for data migration rehearsals and go-live migration.
3 [Training] Prepare and conduct key user training for the SAP based template system.
4 [Before Go-live] Support users' dress rehearsal activities before go-live. (Support developing testing scenarios, progress management etc.)
5 [After Go-live] Support users actual system operation after go-live.

Requirements

- Must have 3-10 years of BPR - Business Process Reengineering consulting experience in any industry
- Open to any SAP module
- Must have experience in IT project implementation as Business Analyst
- Good to have Trading Companies with BPR skills

[Requirement Definition]
-Conduct fit & gap sessions with client's key users as an expert of the global template system. Session materials are provided from HQ team. But some supportive documents may be required to develop. The person is required to learn standard business process flow, business requirement definitions, and standard template function specifications defined in HQ before conducting sessions.
-Develop gap solutions for the identified gaps. If local system functionalities are required, define user requirements with key users then explain it to HQ team.
