Our Client:
RGF Executive are working with Japanese Global Manufacturing company in Singapore. They contributes to society through healthcare by doing business through three companies with seven divisions.
The Responsibilities:
* Participate as a main role in Project establishing reporting system of SCM KPIs with technology, which enables data centric supply chain management in the region
* Participate to establishment of our Regional Supply Chain Management of 8 entities (Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and South Korea) with S&OP, Inventory Management including Warehousing, Logistics Operation
* Participate as a leading role in ASM KPI administration Project in region
* With technology, establish information provision flow from suppliers and sales entities on SCM KPI. Monthly KPI dashboard.
* Contribute to set up S&OP for multiple business unit in the company in region
* Setting up / fine-tune of SOP within each business unit, support in continuous operational improvement, and monitor entities' SOP and their operations.
* Lead the Management of Inventory and perform autonomously warehouse audit.
* Manage regional inventory including setting up the KPI and analysing of monthly inventory data report, warehouse checking and audit and provision of guidance to entities.
* Preparation and analyse of all entities' inventory data on short expiry, slow moving and MOH including historical, BU, SKU level analysis and send it to subsidiaries.
* Supervise and Optimize in Logistics Operation
* SAP system operation (Order, Invoice, Shipment, Pricing, Update and issue handling)
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above. Master's degree is preferable
* More than 5 years in Supply Chain Management industry is preferable
* Specific skills
* Soft skills: Communicates Effectively, Customer Focus, Self-Development Action Oriented, Business Insight, Collaborates, Situational Adaptability
* Hard skills: SAP, Microsoft BI, Oracle BI, any other data analysis skill is preferable
* Able to travel regionally (including areas like Asia pacific, Japan)
