Our client is a provider of outsourced services to a diverse company.
Conduct cold calling to new customers and make an appointment for follow-up call
* Contact high spending and high potential advertisers from a provided advertiser list, via phone and potentially email, with the goal of obtaining interest from a decision maker and agreement to a consultation with a Marketing Expert for their ad strategies.
* Prioritize outreach from provided list and effectively manage activities aiming for strong productivity
* Meet a leadgen and productivity target to drive desired advertiser coverage. Goals will be defined by the PM in collaboration with the Call Center
* Provide excellent customer experience and adhere to the call framework/QA guidelines that will be provided
* Understand customer needs with limited customer engagement, introduce the program and value of the 1:1 consultation being offered.
* Communicate any insights obtained from the advertiser via written comments for the MEs to reference prior to the scheduled call
* Answer any questions the contacted advertisers might have and route any troubleshooting cases to client to Client Services prior to the consultation
*A native Japanese
*Able to speak well in English as the training and test are in English
*With some sales experience (open to any industry)
