Job Description

 Acts as a technical trusted advisor for prospects.

 Working closely and going to sites with the sales team on proposals, tender design, scope and pitches for business.

 Constantly updating use case and bring them in relevant discussions with prospects.

 Attending meetings with sales and acting as the technical/ground expert.

 Putting together business case for the sales teams to support their proposals and for prospect presentations

 Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise the most effective solutions.

 Working closely with the product team to constantly provide feedback on product improvement and identify potential new demand in the market.

 Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests

 Engage even post sales during the implementation for constant expectation setting and making sure implementation is smooth for delivery teams.

 Support for initial deployment and demonstration at sites

 Manage schedule for deployment and demonstration at sites

Requirements

Previous experience (3-5 years) working within a technical pre sales position.
Knowledge that goes beyond the assigned technical expertise and has overall holistic exposure to be able to build Trust with customers.
Must be a subject matter expert from facilities management or environmental services industry
An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
Previous experience with robotics in a similar position would be advantageous.
