Our Client:

Our client is a reputable Japanese MNC - renowned in the healthcare industry for their quality hospital products medical devices. They are seeking the right talent to join their every growing business as an Administrative Executive (6-month contract). Working location is located in the central part of Singapore.

The Role:

* Maintain and order officer supplies, stationery and pantry needs
* Support in hotel rooms, travel booking arrangement and visa applications as and when required
* Assist in the organisation of company conferences (ie hotel & ballroom booking) and welfare events/activities
* Attend to incoming calls from office main line
* Develop short articles for company's internal website as and when required
* Support in office maintenance

The Requirements:

* 1-2 years of relevant administrative/secretarial support experience is essential for the role
* Eye-for-detail and attitude on willingness to go extra-mile will be an added advantage
* Ability to work in fast-paced working environment
* Excellent communication skills
