They are looking for the individual who is energetic and join as regional sales & marketing manager.

Job Description

 Support the Company's Resource and Energy Business area's activities to

 achieve their plans and sales targets

 Fulfill key account management role as liaison to coordinate discussions between regional customers and partners with HQ.

 Cultivate and Lead discussions for Singapore-based projects

 Collect regional market and business trends, conducting studies as and when necessary

 Monitor new opportunities/ provide new leads to HQ through marketing and promotion activities.

 Work independently across various business units to proceed on projects successfully, taking a lead when necessary.

 Support Corporate R&D division to identify emerging technologies/ promising start-ups. Develop schemes to collaborate, form partnerships leading to new business creation.

Requirements

At least 6 years of relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development function
Knowledge and/or experience in industrial/engineering business, preferably power utility, chemical, etc. in Asia Pacific Region
Exhibit flexibility, Problem solving skills applied across a wide range of topics.
Able to work in across cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives. Able to take initiative when required.
Cross-cultural communication skills is required
Experience working with Japanese companies and ability to converse in Japanese will be advantageous to liaise with Japan HQ or Japanese client but not necessary
Willing to travel frequently for Asia-Pacific Region such as Thailand, India, Australia, etc. (travel frequency: 50%)
