Job Description

As an experienced Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the organization's Human Resource Management to attract, manage, develops and retains the employees to achieve its position.

To qualify for this role, you will have prior experience in the following:

* Ensure policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.

* Plan, manage and coordinate all human resources initiatives; recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations of an organization.

* Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations issues.

* Manage daily departmental operations, business planning and budget development of HR programs.

* Provide oversight and management of outsourced payroll company in conjunction with the SEA finance team.

* HR Administration - Administers the organization's established human resource programs so that they are implemented efficiently and equitably and comply with all relevant agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws and the organization's employment policies and standards. For example, Insurance and Medical Coverage, Leave and Employee Benefits.

* Relocation: Work with global mobility company to co-ordinate any relocation to and from SEA. Also responsible for VISA / Employment pass / Dependent pass applications and issuance for foreigners within SEA.

* Others project work as required

Requirements

*Qualifed HR Professional with good experience in the Retail/ FMCG industry.
*Good command of English, both spoken and written is required
*Good computer skill (Excel, Power Point)
*Business Enabler
*Familiar with local labour law
