The team that runs the Document Management operations for Asia Pacific is looking for an energetic, proactive and detailed-oriented professional to meet objectives, primarily through operational oversight and enhancements in the space of translations, pitchbook creation, creative design, print and distribution.

Job Description

For this role, you will manage issues and concerns from end-users for services, lead in project planning sessions and coordinate meetings between clients and vendors. You will also address project progress and adapt work as required with clients and stakeholders, design risk mitigation plan and conduct project review and creating detailed reports. Optimize and improve process and the overall approach where necessary securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

Requirements

*Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
*At least 5 years of relevant documentation management experience
*Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
*Ability to work in a dynamic global environment with a focus on teamwork
*A proactive approach and a high level of enthusiasm
*Ability to meet strict and aggressive deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
*Highly developed analytics and reporting skills with strong commercial focus
*Possess a strong risk and control mindset
