Our Client is one of biggest insurance company in Japan. The Singapore office is Regional Head Quarter for Asia, and they are looking for Admin Executive. The office location is very near from Raffles Place.

Job Description

* Provide clerical and administrative support by monitoring schedules, maintaining calendars and organizing meetings, taking appropriate action where necessary

* Prepare financial documents such invoices, bills, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, payroll, reports, and other financial records for entry into computer software. Also, do bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of budgets and reports.

* Coordinates meetings and events including agenda development and distribution, reservation of meeting rooms

* Prepare and distributing papers and documents, answer the phone and queries, and handle reception.

* Handling of Purchase Order and arrangement of shipment

* Data entry duties

* Other Ad-hoc duties

Requirements

* Relevant working experience, but fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
* Business level of Japanese to liaise with Japanese colleagues and Japan HQ
* Good communication skill, strong learning ability and multi-tasking skill
