Company Overview
In this role, you will be a key management member of our Singapore marketing team and you will be
involved in leading and managing the full marketing function including corporate communications and
events, managing marketing operations and reporting. You will oversee the marketing team to carry
the full range of marketing activities ranging from Market Intelligence, Branding, Advertising, Pricing,
Event Management, Web Marketing, Reference Management, Marketing Operations, Portfolio
Marketing, and Program Production.
Job Description
Partner with internal stakeholders at region level to develop a comprehensive and align
strategic marketing plan for country
Manage the marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and
activities to achieve target objectives
Perform market segmentation, targeting and positioning of service and product offering
Work directly with Sales and channel partners to support their marketing efforts
Manage the creation of all marketing collaterals and sales support tools
Ensure the marketing team delivers in events management including pre-event planning and
on-site management
Provide creative briefs for the production of marketing materials such as brochures,
banners, event materials and corporate gifts
Act as the brand custodian to maintain and uphold the company's corporate identity
Manage the Marketing budget for all resources and capital expenses and its planning cycle
Lead in the management of third party vendors to ensure timely delivery of
services/products and follow up on vendor payments
Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, new media technologies and best practices
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing or Mass Communication
Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B Marketing (preferably for the IT industry)
Strong communication and project management skills and possess an eye for detail
Knowledge in Salesforce.com, web management and design software will be an advantage
Highly motivated, good problem solving skills with solid business acumen
Team Player and ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior management
