System Analyst

Our company is one of the Japanese big manufacture.

As a member of the Professional Services Team, you will be instrumental in being a key member of the team taking care of development work of solutions that was proposed by Presales Team. Your in-depth product knowledge and experience in the various industries will be critical in your ability to develop and propose a solution that is critical in positioning Fuji Xerox as the trusted advisor to customers for our suite of solutions.

* Responsible for delivery of quality software using various Document Composition tools that the Fuji Xerox carries

* Collaborate closely with the accounts team to actively engage customer during requirements gathering phase

* Involve in Tenders / Request for Proposal / Request for Information response together with Presales and Accounts team members

* Collaborate closely with the Project Management and Delivery team to ensure a smooth transition to the Deployment Team after a deal is closed

* Responsible for the installation, configuration and testing of the solution

* Will be required to evaluate, assess and test new solutions to cater for new market requirements and new technology

* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Skilled in managing and execution software development life cycle (SDLC)
* Able to articulate solutions to customers in terms of functional, technical and security aspect of the proposed solutions
* Development of architectures, estimates, staffing and implementation plans
* An ability to evaluate and communicate the pros and cons of different approaches
* Good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Experience in Printing Industry and Customer Communications Solutions will be an added advantage
