About Our Client:

Our client - a renowned market leader in the fashion and fragrance product with a strong word wide presence with their products distributed across globally, is seeking the right talent who wish to pursue an exciting career with them as Administrator (12-month contract) supporting the Travel Retail channel. The candidate will be responsible in managing all key data and sales reports for the Travel Retail team.

You will be a strong team player to participate carry out the following job scope:

* Consolidate & generate sales report for monthly and annual submission
* Maintain & compile monthly exchange rates across 20 currencies
* Update, track & verify expenses incurred for the area managers
* Data mining of clients' web reports
* Maintain databases on promo code and travel retail channel related reports
* General administrative duties as assigned

The Requirements:Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot table & V-lookup) is an essential requirement

* Meticulous and eye-for-details for numerical/data management
* Ability to multi-task and work cross functionally with other departments
* Ability to commence work in short notice will be an added advantage
