Job Description

We are

currently looking f or a Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager to:

*Domestic sales position who will be handling Frozen food and seasoning for restaurants, pub, hotels, etc.

*Manage Food Service team members motivating and educating them well

*Report and communicate with Supe rior very well

*Download Company's decision, direction and strategies to team well

*Build up and keep own team on good condition

*Consider and make business strategies together with Superior

* Increase market share and meeting own and team's sales a nd profit targets

* Execute approved action plans and strategies towards achieving annual sales target

*Develop new market and strengthen customer base

*Ensure prompt payment collections

*Service and manage key accounts by conducting sales visits an d products presentation

* Work closely with Sales Admin team to co ordinate on delivery schedule

* Perform competitive analysis and develop sales proposal

* Manag e purchase orders to suppliers and stock inventory to ensure sufficient supplies to custo mers

* Collectbusiness information from customer/market

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field
* Minimum
9 yea r s of relevant e xperiences in Sales & Marketing role
* Business level English
* Highly motivated individual and ability to initiatives to achieve assigned tasks and company objectives
* Process good interpersonal skills
