Our Client:
Our client, an international organization that provides various services to the Marine & Offshore and Energy industries. They have a team of highly skilled specialist located throughout the world and now they are looking to hire an experience Umbilical Subsea Specialist to join their Engineering team in Singapore.
The Role:
* Support the Project Manager and Operations Manager in the smooth running of subsea and umbilical pre-commissioning projects leading the engineering design of the works in accordance with professional standards and project-specific procedures, and complete within planned schedule and budget
* Prepare clear and accurate detailed engineering design calculations, technical specifications and analyses including design reports and procedures
* Plan, organise and direct all execution of projects including scope, deliverables, and schedule and manpower resources
* Provide leadership onsite via a detailed technical understanding of subsea and umbilical pre-commissioning services such as flooding, cleaning, gauging, testing, dewatering, pigging and umbilical testing and commissioning
* Attend project kick-off and review meetings, vendor meetings, engineering meetings and offshore site surveys as required
* Act as a discipline focal point for all QHSE related matters on the project
* Report project progress to Management and Client in a timely manner and provide problems resolution in accordance with project and company requirements
* Responsible for all project paperwork and records for reporting to the Management and client representatives
* Ensure that the monthly billing process is seamless through the correct paperwork being approved and presented on time
* Prepare estimates for bid proposals including technical write up, methodology, project resource estimates and any other project-specific requirements
The Requirements:
* Any relevant experience
* 2-4 years of experience dealing with Subsea and Umbilical projects
* Experience in project management
