Job Description
* Handle all sales support enquiries arising from sales and shipping personnel, factory, customers, transporters and
warehouse.
* Liaise closely with the above mentioned party, to complete the fulfillment of the order according to e
stablished systems
and processes to ensure timely delivery
* Adhere to sales and shipping procedures and maintain soft/hardcopy records in a proper manner
* Review orders, create pick worksheets where necessary to meet the demands of the customer shipping
schedule and
request shipping dates
* Perform Data Entry
* Collaborate with Factories to ensure compliance on time delivery to distributors
* Meets with other departments to make sure that sales and admin procedure are doing correctly
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Willing to learn basic information of the products
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Customer Oriented
Ability to prioritize and pla n work activities
A team player
Basic to business level Japanese language (for internal and external use) is a plus point
