Job Description
We are currently looking f
or a Customer Service Representative to:
* Provide excellent customer service performance and cultivate close working relationships with related sales
representatives and customers.
* Work with planning, sales and management to make decisions in the best interest of the company and the customer s
* Accept, process, tra ck customer or ders and p rocess sales and PO changes as required.
* Monitor customers' order book and maintain established metrics for order fulfillment activities.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in customer service sales role
* Business level
Japanese language for external use
* Highly motivated individual and ability to initiatives to achieve assigned tasks and company
objectives
Better to have
Experience in FMCG industry is a plus point
