Company Overview
The Smart Workplace Solutions Specialist is responsible for leading the planning, marketing and
enablement of smart workplace productivity solutions. This position will provide the marketing
planning, operational support, and technical acumen needed to enable sales and marketing teams
the ability to drive product and services that improve customer's overall end-user productivity,
collaboration and connectivity. A successful candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent
customer service, communication and change management skills; as well as a logical and practical
approach to finding solutions that drive end user efficiency.
Job Description
Provide thought leadership on marketing, process and technical aspects of digital
transformation, fostering a strong cross-departmental collaborative approach to designing
and delivering new solutions
Work with sales and marketing teams from each country to create and execute on strategic
business plans, inclusive of enablement, practice development, and marketing, to execute
achievement against businesses goals
Responsible for developing, leading and managing our partners within our Smart Workplace
portfolio.
Develop joint solutions with partners that will differentiate our services from competitors
Support training and change management/adoption strategies for digital tools
Provide ongoing expertise and recommendations for adoption and enablement of new and
emerging enterprise productivity solutions
Analyses organization behaviour around use of technology
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field or equivalent
experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital workplace solution and services
Able to understand and articulate enterprise-level digital workplace/end-user productivity
tools and services
Able to work with focused partners in areas such as account mapping, developing joint
solutions and sales enablement
Strong analytical and process design experience and possess advanced knowledge related to
business operations needs and technology
Self-starter with strong facilitation, negotiation, verbal& written communication skills to
deal with senior executives
