Manager, Video Surveillance Solutions
Involved with the overall development of Business including Sales & Marketing of
Network Video Surveillance & Analytics in AP region
Plan and develop all necessary collaterals (case studies, brochures, slides and etc)
Compilation of monthly reports with sales subsidiaries
Develop product incentives and provide marketing support for the regional sales
subsidiaries
Monitor the effectiveness of sales & marketing plans and activities
Plan and execute new product launches
Conduct occasional product training to sales companies
Assist sales subsidiaries in Design of IP Surveillance system with partners
Assist sales subsidiaries with Tender Documentations and Proposals
Perform task of short listing of prospective Technology Partners, generate
demands from National Regional Integrators, various other verticals, like
Education/ Hospitality/ Government/ FSI/ Consultant & Architects etc. to achieve
the Business Development Objectives in AP region
Diploma or Degree in Business Ad, Marketing, Engineering or IT related
Minimum 3 years of technical, pre-sales, sales & marketing role in CCTV
Surveillance
Possess knowledge in video analytics and their security & business applications
Knowledge in biometrics solutions is an added advantage
4 to 5 years of experience in Corporate, B2B, Channel Sales & Business
Development of Surveillance Camera or Surveillance Analytics Solutions Business
Familiar with Channels Development, Product Launching and Tendering processes
Possess IT and/or system integration knowledge with strong technical background
and in-depth knowledge of IT especially Windows networks & storage
Knowledge of IP camera technologies such as compression types and megapixel
benefits and CCTV or access control system preferred
Strong networking skills as you are required to motivate and manage partners as
well as our sales subsidiaries
Ability to find new opportunities and think out of the box
Excellent written and spoken communications skills
Bilingual in both English & Mandarin as you will be required to liaise with Chinese
speaking associates
Business travelling required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
