Job Description

* Responsible for global/region business implementation and customer program managing.

* Manage and lead a team of practitioners in successful customer business implementation through sustainable program across various industries.

* Review and establish Customer On-boarding Process to prepare and enhanced implementation formats (Project Plan layout, SOP and WIs template) to conduct internal training to countries implementation member.

* Review/establish SOP and WI documents with country lead to align total compliance of customer SLAs such as contract term, KPIs, billing, EDI milestones requirements, etc.

* Co-ordinate rates validation with Key Account Manager (KAM) and pricing groups to ensure proper application for new business

* Organize, conduct and engage active conference calls with internal/external stakeholders to roll-out smooth business implementation

* Ensure most efficient business program in place to attain highest level of productivity and customer satisfaction.

* Identify improvement area, develop and execute action plan to monitor the efficiency of new process.

* Actively support region Pricing group in tenders to successfully retain/expand profitable target business segment.

* Support KAM on day-to-day operation and customer escalation, including troubleshooting.

* Preparing and presentation of customer QBR/MPR/SPR/KPI reporting.

* Establish and maintain effective working relationship with internal/external stakeholders globally.

* Other duties assign by direct Report.

Requirements

* 8 plus years' experience in Freight forwarding industry
* Strong regional / global and experience in business implementation and program management.
*Possess excellent leadership, analytical, communication and interpersonal effectiveness
