Our client is top leading integrated trading firm in Japan. Their regional HQ is looking for the Strategic Business Planning manager urgently to join the team to the planning, structuring, negotiating, modeling economic calculation of of the projects and be involved in the implementation of business strategy set.
* Review the Group's competitiveness in the Asia-Pacific and coordinate strategy formulation to drive the corporate expansion initiatives
* Conduct market research and analysis (includes but not limited to commercial and technical analysis) to identify new business/investment opportunities and assess the viability of the project
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Tokyo HQ, regional offices etc.) and external stakeholders (professional advisory firm etc.) on strategic matters and to address business related-issues
* Prepare reports (financial modelling, balance sheet, project status etc.), proposals, tenders and presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
* Execute contract negotiation with 3rd Parties (includes but not limited to equity partners, technical advisors, vendors, financial lenders)
* Plan, Monitor and Control projects in detailed milestone basis with basic technical aspects
* Serve as a custodian to improve business productivity and operational efficiency
* Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
*Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
*Experience: Minimum of 3 years of working experiences in the either following industries/projects:
1.Energy-related infrastructure (Oil & Gas)
2.Power Generation (EPC/IPP)
3.Natural Gas and LNG
*Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing; able to articulate analysis and communicate the organization and department's goals, objective and vision across different audiences.
*Proficient in data analysis, forecasting and MS office
*Detailed-oriented, adaptable and able to work under pressure and ambiguity.
*Able to work independently and in teams with people from diverse nationalities
*Must be willing to travel. This includes but not limited to Bangladesh, Philippines and Vietnam
Monthly salary cap to SGD5,100 x 12 + VB
