Job Description
1.
Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for Sysmex's Singapore customers.
2.
Provide technical support to local (SG) customers to ensure customer needs are met.
3.
Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department's KPI are met.
4.
Report issues and customer feedbacks to his supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis.
5.
Guide and mentor new local engineers.
6.
Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations.
7.
Provide 24hrs standby for local customers on a weekly rotational basis.
Requirements
Minimum Education Required :
Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering.
Minimum Experience Required :
3- 5 years working experience in IVD market
Skills and Knowledge Required :
Microsoft office, good communication skills.
Attitude Required :
Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with internal external customers.
Knowledge Desired but not Essential :
Prefer to have experience in handling of Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products before.
Travel Requirement :
10% or less.
