Job Description
* Management Franchise partner (Currently 14 countries or area, over 100 shops)
* Sales figure management
* Manage and improve sales each shops
* Negotiate and suggest idea for Franchise Owners
* Manage contracts with Franchise partners
* Store open and close management
* Opening place and design of Franchisee responsibility for opening shops
* Recommend to our brands to New Franchisees
Requirements
*Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in franchise business or retail environment
*Strong background in sales and marketing
*Good at figures with commitment
*Previous experience in F&B will be an advantage
*Very good communication and negotiation skills
*Team Player
*International business back ground
*Possess integrity, good interpersonal skills and leadership quality
*Require to travel oversea visiting our Franchise Partner(1 month 1 to 2 times ASEAN and Middle East etc.)
*At least 3 years of experience in international business as a sales person
*At least 3 years of experience with franchise business
