Job Description

* Service and user support the bank's cash management platform, related products and services.
* Implementation of various products and services to customer's pc
* Configure customised solution to interface customer's system with bank's platform and others.
* Effective management of interface project communication with both internal/external stakeholders
* Conduct user training either on site or via teleconferencing
* Troubleshoot and/or provide on/off -site support for internal/external parties
* Perform data registration and maintenance
* Compile and analyse data for report purposes and others
* Receive enquiry by eMail, phone call, and sometimes onsite support when necessary.

Requirements

*2 years of similar experience will be an advantage in Help Desk
*Be able to communicate with end user to understand business requirements
*Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - and able to quickly learn and implement new technologies, application appropriate frameworks and tools.
*Strong relationship, collaborative skills and organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation and Able to work as a member of matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team
*Sound skills in MS Office especially in Excel and HTML.
