Job Description
1. To be responsible for the successful sales and develop new sales of products in Singapore, India and South Asia countries.
2. Coordinate and assist with Head Office / Subsidiaries Business Unit to determine customers' needs.
3. Prepare price quotations, terms of sale, delivery dates, etc. and process orders according to company policy.
4. Investigate product/service warranty claims and ensure prompt resolution of customers' complaints.
5. Evaluate orders, sales activity reports, etc.
6. Develop data relative to marketing trends, competitive pricing and products.
7. To attend weekly & monthly Sales Meeting, to update and share information and provide timely reporting.
8. Overseas travel (especially India) will be required.
9. Perform other duties deemed necessary or requested by your superior.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Diploma or more
Additional Information
5 days week. (9:00am to 5:30pm)
