Our Client:
Our client is a listed property investment firm with assets across Asia. With many accolades and awards under its name, our client is actively looking to hire a performance driven Sales and marketing Manager (commercial) to join its team. This role reports to the Head of Department and is a hands-on role where you will be fostering strong business partnership with retailers and commercial tenants. You will be responsible in lease management of cluster of mall and commercial office portfolio within Singapore.
As a Sales & Marketing Manager (Leasing) , you will be tasked the following:
* Planning and implementation of leasing strategies to maximize occupancy mix for assigned portfolio.
* Management of end to end lease function for assigned portfolio.
* Value propose new leasing concept or tenant mix to help improve property performance.
* Be the Company's ambassador by fostering strong tenant & landlord relationship.
* Management of CAPEX and OPEX budget for the leasing team at the assigned portfolio.
* Provide constructive guidance and leadership to the leasing team in the assigned portfolio.
* Preparation and issuance of Tenancy Agreement and Letter of Offer are executed in timely manner and follow up on the execution of the agreements.
To apply for Sales & Marketing Manager (Leasing), you should:
* Possess a recognized Degree in Real Estate or its equivalent from recognized tertiary providers.
* Worked minimum 5 years on leasing function as a landlord rep. Someone with dynamic experience of working both with real estate agency and developer will be preferred
* Proven track record in bringing new lease concept or tenant mix will be preferred.
* Possess traits like goal driven, enterprising and good organization ability will be a good fit for the team.
* Must be multi-lingual ( English and Bahasa Indonesia or Malaysia) as this role requires with dealing with stakeholder from Malaysia and Indonesia.
