Vice President, Leasing (Regional)
Our Client:
Our client has strong corporate governance and is a progressive property development firm with close to 50 years of outstanding business operation within Asia Pacific. Apart from delivery world class real estate products, our client is also the proud owner of a 5 star global alliance hotel operator. In conjunction to its recent business plan, our client is looking to hire a Vice President, Leasing to manage all its commercial properties within Asia Pacific. This role reports to a C-Level executive within the firm. You will oversee all properties (office + retail) within 4 countries.
The Role:
Your key responsibilities as Vice President, Leasing (Regional) includes:
* Manage the front to end of leasing process (From prospecting / renewal, negotiation, marketing through to administration and follow up).
* Formulation and execute of a strategic leasing program to achieve consistent and optimal occupancy rate.
* Devise leasing activities and campaigns to increase the portfolio's social branding & customer loyalty.
* Plan and review annual budget (CAPEX and OPEX).
* Take a lead role in lease negotiation to ensure competitiveness of lease rate.
The Requirements:
To qualify for a Vice President, Leasing (Regional) role:
* Possess a recognized Degree or Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in leasing management on a regional level. Those with mix experience in managing commercial + retail lease will be preferred for this role.
* Those with acute awareness of retail trends within Singapore and Indonesia market will be preferred.
* Good communication skills in English and Bahasa as this requires dealing with tenants and stakeholders in Malaysia and Indonesia.
* Possess proven track record in good leadership management and structuring of lease concept
