Our Client:

Our client has strong corporate governance and is a progressive property development firm with close to 50 years of outstanding business operation within Asia Pacific. Apart from delivery world class real estate products, our client is also the proud owner of a 5 star global alliance hotel operator. In conjunction to its recent business plan, our client is looking to hire a Procurement Manage to help manage regional based contracts.

The Role:

Your key duties as a Procurement Manager includes:

* Global sourcing and bulk purchase of procurement items.
* Vendor specification and management of contracts.
* Management of overall procurement operations (Eg: PR / PO issuance)
* Streamline and consolidate the central procurement policy for all its regional office.
* Perform market updates and tabulation of Cost Data.
* Prepare cost analysis report to analyse spend data and savings.
* Provide recommendation of vendors to work with on projects.

The Requirements:

To qualify for the role of Procurement Manager, you should have:

* A recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying.
* Minimum 12 years' experience in procurement/ supply chain/ cost management within Real Estate industry.
* Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office tool.
* Possess attribute in being a strategic negotiator, meticulous and good stakeholder management ability.
* Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa will be preferred as you are required to manage vendor and stakeholders from Malaysia, Indonesia and China.
* Possess a working knowledge in construction costs and pricing.
