Our Client is a Japanese Oil & Gas/refinery firm.
Deals with Mechanical shaft seals for all applications Mechanical gland packings, metallic gaskets PTFE bellow pump, PFA fitting & tubing.
They are looking for a Service engineer (onsite) at their client location at Jurong Island.
The responsibilities are:
Commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining Mechanical shaft Seals and pumps.
Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during start-up.
Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with client to develop secure and develop
their future business.
Research, evaluate and recommend new products that will meet customer needs.
Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, and to provide
suggestions/solutions to customers
Train client on the features of the product they have purchased.
Propose new technologies to client to help improve production
Explore new application
The eligibility criteria are:
Candidates having Degree in Mechanical or chemical in similar industry with minimum 3 years of
experience.
Having technical engineering experience in handling mechanical background is preferred.
Experience in handling mechanical seals in O&G industry is required.
