Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the glowing MNC in import/export of chemical products and related investments.
They are looking for Admin Officer to join their team in Singapore.

The Resposibilities:

* General Affairs

* Handling of Corporate rates (airlines, travel agencies, hotel, Singtel) affairs; setting up &
* maintaining such information in internal database
* Procurement & handling of Office equipment, Stationery & supplies, door card, name card,
* Emergency kit etc
* Organize & coordination of company's event & trainings
* Handling of Asset Listings & record
* Fire drill preparation & arrangement & emergency contact/exercise
* Handling of courier service-related work

* Human Resource

* Recruitment & onboarding-related duties
* Handling of staff Medical benefits & scheme
* Handling of insurance administration, renewal
* Support in Compliance matters
* Other ad-hoc administrative duties

The Requirements:

* Diploma or GCE "O" Level with relevant experience
* At least 2-3 years relevant working experience
* Knowledge & experience in HR laws, regulation and recruitment would be advantageous
* Proficient in MS Office
* Good interpersonal skills & friendly disposition
* Detailed-oriented & meticulous, able to multi-task
* Able to work independently as well as a team player
