Job Description
Our Client:
Our client focused on foreign and domestic trade and brokerage in Agricultural and Livestock products and processed food. They aim to ensure stable supplies of reliable and healthy food ingredients to the customers.
The Responsibilities:
* Handling daily book-keeping duties (AR, AP, stock, etc)
* Handle full set of accounts
* Provide support for month end closing activities
* Liaise with internal/external auditors and tax profession al in related areas
* Ensure compliance with approved accounting regulations
* Prepare Invoice and checking shipping documents
* Input Data into Accounts Software
* Administration duties such as filing, answering phone calls, serving drinks for visitors, etc
The Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field
* At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
* Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook Express, Access Application (optional)
