Client is aiming to become the world's No. 1 lifestyle membership club. They have about 2.5k member and plan to expand 300k members mainly in the Asian market.

The Singapore headquarters has 38 international staff members who are working to expand the business, including service development, service operations for members, and IT platform development.

They are looking for potential resource who can enjoy the continued growth together with higher goals, regardless of past growth.

Job Description

* Formulation of corporate plans which set strategic directions. This includes supporting management in setting corporate direction and strategies, ensuring organizational alignment to corporate objectives, partnering team to coordinate their work plans and formulating overarching narratives for reporting to stakeholders through key channels.

* Plan and organize annual corporate planning exercises in alignment with strategic thrusts. This includes organising corporate-wide events such as staff conference, management retreats and briefings to cascade key information on corporate performance.

* Generate presentation and prepare papers for Board and Management meetings.

* Work closely with corporate functions and business unit to consolidate inputs for regular reporting and tracking of the matter arising from the meeting.

* Track progress of work plans and support efforts to improve and streamline existing Management reporting tools.

* Conduct market and product feasibility studies for new project and new markets to determine the potential new market to increase the revenue of sales.

Requirements

*At least 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Planning
*A Strong Degree in Business, Finance or Economy
*Experience in Management Board Level reporting from an MNC is a must.
*High proficiency in using Project Reporting Software, Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
*A good command of English with Excellent write and verbal communication skills.
*Japanese Language communication is an advantage.
*Able to multitask work independently in dynamic and fast paced environment.
