Our Client:
Our client is one of the growing MNC which provides solutions towards financial industry They are looking for Software Product Manager to supervise a team in their office in CBD area
The Resposibilities:
* Lead a team of 5 to 10 developing Financial Leasing and Loan Enterprise Software and web integration
* Manage multiple development projects to ensure that each project's progress, human resources, expenses and external parties including clients, and keep each project's budget under control
* Plan and review project planning, make it feasible plan, eliminate possible risks and issues
* Engage in projects as a project manager to handle all process of system development
* Review customer requirements documents and participate in preparation of functional / technical design documents
* Work with sales & marketing department to agree on the coming projects and make an organization's resource plan in line with the project forecast
* Work with procurement department to identify IT engineers needed to fulfill the resource plan, engage in the hiring process
* Design architecture improvement by bringing new technology and turn them into product development roadmap in order to remain the product competitive and productive
* In order to "resource leveling" at some point, engage in the project as a developer to underpin the development team
* Initiate periodic source code review sessions to ensure program quality standards comply with organisation guidelines
The Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of development experience in ASPNET, C#NT, VBNET, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, REST, OAuth, Web Services and Crystal Report
* Knowledge and experience in Oracle PL/SQL and Source Control software eg SVN, GIT
* Exposure to software project development life cycle process and methodologies as part of product and web applications development and delivery
* Financial Lease and Lending industry experience is highly preferable
* Attention to detail, logical and analytical thinking ability to conduct investigation of issues and proposal of corrective solution
* Ability to work independently, in a team environment and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
