Our Client:
Our client is an MNC that designs and manufactures gas delivery systems used and other bespoke industrial manufacturing services.
The Responsibilities:
* Responsible to lead the supporting of the production build of various systems on the manufacturing floor.
* Responsible for planning and conducting independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of Manufacturing techniques, procedures and criteria.
* Devise new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs, and monitor work for compliance to applicable build and quality standards.
* Provides technical direction and on-the-job training to production staff.
* Confers with engineers, technicians, customers, and others to discuss best practices in effort to streamline build processes and procedures.
* Inspects completed systems; partner with Manufacturing and Quality organizations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
* Other responsibilities as assigned from time-to-time.

The Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* 15+ years' experience in a Manufacturing environment with proven people management experience.
* Has successfully implemented Continuous Improvement Initiatives, Lean Manufacturing and other quality and process improvement tools.
* Proactive self-starter who can lead with a strong ability to drive changes and continuous improvement.
* Customer oriented both internally and externally.
* Excellent communication skills.
