Our Client:
Our client is a listed international development firm. In lieu of recent employee movement, our client is looking to hire two (2) Senior Property Executive to manage a mall either at East of Singapore. This role reports to the Property Manager.
As a Senior Property Executive, your responsibilities include:
* Provide proper guidance and leadership to maintenance team to ensure best practices.
* Manage and execute operation guideline and ensure all building regulations are adhered to.
* Schedule and execute property maintenance framework.
* Monitor and ensure timely renewal and replacement of term contracts, building and regulatory licenses
* Ensure CAPEX project(s) are executed within the approved budget.
* Manage vendor specification, procurement and service reviews with assigned term contractors.
* Facilitate with various department on A&A, refurbishment and fitting -out projects for the assigned site.
* Review tenancy fit-out guideline and participate in tenancy meetings.
To qualify for Senior Property Executive position, you will need to:
* Possess a minimum Diploma holder in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)/ building services/ or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary education provider.
* Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar function with a property owner based organization in Singapore.
* High adaptability and able to work in a fast paced environment.
* Strong analytical skill, mature, responsible, able to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
* Those with Fire Safety and Green Mark certification will be preferred.
